Hot Yoga and Massage Studio is now accepting applications for the HYM Hot Yoga Methods 200 Hour Teacher Training. The Hot Yoga Method is a practice focused on in-depth body alignment to prevent injury and to achieve optimum results in one’s own personal practice. As a student at HYM, you will immerse yourself in the study and philosophy of Yoga, learn teaching techniques, and deepen your personal practice. Our combination of classroom lecturing, philosophical reading and review along with asana practice and practical teaching in a yoga room setting will prepare you to explore and teach your passion.

Advance Your Journey: 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)
Ready to deepen your knowledge, refine your teaching, and evolve your personal practice? Our new 300-hour Advanced YTT is designed for dedicated practitioners and is open to everyone who wants to advance their understanding of yoga—no prior 200-hour certification is required to enroll.

Program Structure & Flexibility
This training is built for your pace and your interests:
- Customized Learning: You get to choose 12 specific weekend workshops from our extensive list to tailor your education.
- Start When Ready: Begin the training whenever you are ready and complete it at your own pace.
- Completion Time: You have three years from your start date to fulfill all requirements.
- Format: The training combines a comprehensive online curriculum with the 12 required weekend workshops. Workshops are offered monthly, with some offered in-person and others online.
Requirements for 300-Hour Certification
To receive your full 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certificate, you must complete the following:
- Online Curriculum: Complete all online course materials.
- Weekend Workshops: Complete 12 weekend workshops (chosen by you).
- Workshop Creation & Presentation: Create and present a yoga workshop of your own.
- Coaching: Participate in monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with an instructor.
- Required Reading: Complete any required reading materials for your chosen weekend workshops.
- Personal Practice Hours: Complete 180 hours of documented personal practice time.

- Can I teach after I receive the 300-hour certification?
The 300-hour training is an advanced certification.1 You will need to hold a separate 200-hour YTT certification to register with Yoga Alliance and officially teach. This 300-hour program can be taken alongside or after your 200-hour training. - Can I just take and pay for each workshop individually (À La Carte)?
Yes, you can! Individual weekend workshops are available À La Carte for $325 each. - Can I receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs)?
Yes. If you choose not to complete the full 300-hour training, you will receive CEUs for any workshops you take À La Carte. - Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can secure your spot with a $300 down payment, followed by 12 monthly payments of $275.
Are there any discounts? - Are there any discounts?
Yes! You receive a 20% discount on the total cost if you pay in full prior to your start date. - Is an unlimited yoga membership included?
While the training doesn’t include a full membership, we are offering an additional 20% off your monthly auto-pay membership for the first 24 months of your training.
